CoMiGo's Short Music Loops [CC0]
The tracks are all different, but that was the point of making them — to make something for different games that can be made in ct.js during offline use.
All tracks are CC0, which means that you can use them however you want. Giving credit is always welcome, but not necessary.

Hey, these are some nice tracks. I've used one of these in the trailer for my next game Boing. It's still a work in progress but adding the sound track sounds great.
Sweet talk is perfect! I don't know what this track is perfect for, but it is!
